You are doing an amazing job! I see you and I hear you!

Hello Moms! (& Dads)

I'm sure everyone has heard the phrase, "It takes a village" and I just want you to know that I am part of that.

Whether you're a first time Mama like me or you've been in the rodeo awhile, we all share something in common –

We want nothing but the best for our children.

I know that there are days when we feel overwhelmed, but I want you to know that we're in this journey together.

I raise my coffee cup to you – from one tired mama to another,

You are doing an amazing job! I see you and I hear you!

Just look at that cute tiny humans you're raising –

You are loved & appreciated. ❤️

☙ embracing motherhood one coffe cup (or two or three) at a time :)

My top 4 parenting hacks / advice

Hack 1
Don’t sweat the small stuff — I read a book called, “Don’t sweat the small stuff...and it’s all small stuff” a few years ago and it gave me a different outlook in life. It is about simple ways to keep the little things from taking over your life. This is something I like to remind myself with whenever I see myself stressing over some things that could feel like a big deal but really, it’s just small stuff.

Hack 2
"Replace your pessimistic thoughts into optimistic thoughts” — This is something that my husband and I like to do in our household. I’d love for you to try it. Piled up dishes = delicious meals we enjoyed. Toys everywhere = my growing toddler exploring and learning and having fun.

Hack 3
Be kind to yourself — Take the time to sit back and drop your tensed shoulders. No one is perfect. Tap yourself on the shoulder and give yourself recognition because parenting is hard and you are doing a great job raising another human. 🙂

Hack 4
Have fun! — did I already mention that parenting is hard? Haha. But amidst the chaos, don’t forget to have some fun! It can be dance parties with your kiddos, arts & crafts, bike rides together, walking together, cooking together, etc. as long as you designate the time to do something together that makes you and your family happy.
