Teacher’s Bundle Giveaway – Official Rules

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are currently employed as a teacher, school administrator, or school staff member at a public or private K-12 school. Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 30, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter: You may enter the giveaway by either of the following two methods:

  • Purchase Entry: Purchase a "Teacher’s Bundle" from the Cupkin store during the Promotion Period. Each purchase of a Teacher’s Bundle will automatically result in one (1) entry into the giveaway.

  • Free Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten 3x5-inch card or postcard with your full name, email address, and the phrase “Teacher’s Bundle Giveaway Entry” to:

    All mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 22, 2025, and received by September 5, 2025. Illegible, incomplete, or late entries are not valid. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

4. Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Amazon.com Gift Card valued at $200 USD. The total prize value is $400 USD. No cash equivalent or prize substitution will be made. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about September 6, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions: By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Cupkin reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules. Cupkin is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. All decisions of Cupkin regarding the giveaway are final.

7. Liability and Release: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Cupkin, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won.

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants Cupkin the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Data Privacy: All personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be sold to third parties.
