CUPKIN BTS TICKET GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Cupkin (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Ticketmaster, BTS, HYBE, or the event venue.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of Sponsor, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on June 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The winner will be selected and contacted on June 25, 2026.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form and submitting the following required information:

• Full name
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Instagram handle
• City, State Location

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, or accounts may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Three (3) tickets to the 8:00 PM August 5, 2026 BTS concert in Boston, Massachusetts at Gillette Stadium - Foxborough Masachusetts.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $405.60

Prize includes ticket transfer only. Travel, transportation, lodging, meals, parking, merchandise, and all other expenses not specifically listed are solely the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

Winner and guests are responsible for complying with all venue rules, ticket terms, and event policies.

Tickets will be transferred electronically through Ticketmaster. Winner must possess a valid Ticketmaster account and provide a valid email address capable of receiving transferred tickets.

If the concert or event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or modified for any reason, Sponsor is not responsible and no replacement or additional compensation may be provided unless determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the contact information provided, including:

• Email
• Phone number
• Instagram direct message

The potential winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of the first contact attempt.

If the potential winner:

• does not respond within the required time period,
• cannot be contacted,
• is found ineligible,
• fails to provide requested information,
• or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may continue selecting alternate winners until an eligible confirmed winner responds within the required timeframe.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional payment or consideration.

9. Marketing Communications

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor, including email and SMS communications where permitted by law.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link or replying STOP to applicable text messages.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect Sweepstakes entry eligibility.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries,
• technical malfunctions,
• internet or platform failures,
• or any human or technical error related to the Sweepstakes.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, Ticketmaster, BTS, HYBE, the venue, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
