• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
• Payment must be received before an order ships.
• By submitting payment, you authorize Cupkin to charge your selected payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

As soon as you place your order, we have a mini dance party (unless Penelope is taking a nap).

We’re not Amazon, so while we can’t offer next-day delivery, we don’t like order labels clogging up our printers — so we’ll try our best to ship your order the same day or next business day.

Orders ship via USPS, and you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Typical delivery windows:

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 2–6 business days
• International Orders: 8–17 business days

4. Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Accepted for 60 Days
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return items within 30 days of receipt.

Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all orders. Simply contact us to receive a prepaid return label.

No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

All items are eligible for return — no final sales here!

Processing Your Refund
