YUP! We offer complimentary pool heating for bookings made directly through us. Otherwise, it's a $250 one-time charge if you book through Airbnb or VRBO.
There are a handful of places people like to hang out. Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are about 4 minutes away. TPC golf course and Old Town Scottsdale are about 11 minutes away. We're literally smack dab in the middle of everything.
We have some of the kindest neighbors on the planet. Our home is off the main roads and very peaceful. There are plenty of side walks to go for a jog or a leisure walk.
Absolutely! There are links to our Airbnb listing and our VRBO listing below. Just note that complimentary pool heating and VIP welcome baskets are only provided for those who book directly with us.
First and foremost, you'll have a private 5,000 sq ft tropical desert retreat all to yourself with a large salt water swimming pool, hot tub, hammock, putting green, outdoor dining table, swing, bbq grill and multiple sitting areas. All common toiletries are included including pool towels and bath towels. Just make sure to bring your own toothpaste, mouthwash and other personal care items.
We've partnered with a company called Stix to offer a right-handed set of clubs to use at the local golf courses so you don't have to risk damaging your set at the airport. There's a one-time $100 charge to rent the set during your entire stay.
